    Many years ago we used to eat at the Tappen Esso regularly. Then it closed for awhile and we started bypassing it. Today we were out for a drive and low and behold it was open. We wandered in and were greeted so warmly. Menu is limited at the moment because the new owners only took over beginning of this year. I had the homemade cheese and bacon burger and it was delicious. Hubby had the club and said it was excellent. And I loved the fries and gravy. The service in both the restaurant and gas station was friendly. We'll be back.
